EXERCISE RIDER Ensures horses maintain optimal fitness through daily riding and conditioning routines. Adapts training intensity based on the horse’s fitness level and competition schedule. Practices flatwork, jumping, and endurance exercises to improve strength and agility. Monitors horse behavior and adjusts training methods accordingly. BARN WORKER Manages daily stable operations, including feeding, mucking out stalls, and maintaining cleanliness. Assists in handling and leading horses safely for turnout, grooming, and veterinary care. Ensures a well-organized barn environment, keeping equipment and supplies in top condition. Supports trainers and riders in preparing horses for training and events. HORSE GROOMER Provides daily grooming, including brushing, bathing, hoof care, and mane​/​tail maintenance. Identifies and reports any health issues, injuries, or irregular behavior. Prepares horses for competitions by ensuring they are clean, well-groomed, and presentable. Works closely with trainers and veterinarians to maintain the overall well-being of the horse.
